ZenithPads is a Filipino-bred gaming brand for premium deskmats and mousepads—built for clean setups, competitive play, and limited collabs. We sell custom mousepads/deskmats, curated designs, and esports-grade products under our Zen One Pro lineup.
What makes ZenithPads different?
We focus on premium feel, sharp print quality, and drops that feel exclusive—plus the ability to customize. Many of our releases are limited or collaboration-based, so you’re not buying the same mat everyone else has.
Do you ship nationwide and internationally?
We ship within the Philippines, and select products may be available for international shipping depending on the drop and fulfillment setup. Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees depend on your location and the shipping option you select. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
How long does processing and delivery take?
Processing time depends on whether your order is a ready-to-ship item, a drop/collab item, or a customized order. Estimated timelines are shown on the product page and/or at checkout. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and courier speed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered production/packing yet, we’ll do our best to help. Message us ASAP with your order number. Once production starts (especially for customized items), changes/cancellations may no longer be possible.
Do you accept returns or refunds (including damaged/wrong items)?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a verified defect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos (including the packaging). We’ll review and arrange the best fix—replacement, exchange, or refund—depending on the case. For non-defective items, returns/refunds may be limited (especially for limited drops and customized products).
How do collab / limited drops work?
Some designs are released as limited runs or pre-orders. That means once the window closes (or stocks run out), it may not restock. Drop mechanics and timelines are always posted on the product page and our social channels.
How do I care for my mousepad/deskmat?
Keep it clean with gentle wiping and avoid harsh chemicals. Keep it away from high heat and sharp objects. For deeper cleaning, follow the care notes provided on the product page (if available).
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. If you need branded mats for a team, company, shop, or event, message us with quantity, size, and target deadline so we can quote properly.
