    We only accept return/refund requests for: (1) damaged items, (2) wrong item received, or (3) verified defects.

    Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a photo of the packaging/shipping label. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

    You can request changes or cancellation only if the order has not entered production/packing. Once a customized item is in production, or any order is packed/handed to the courier, we can’t change or cancel it. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

    Custom orders are made-to-order and are non-refundable except for damage, wrong item received, or verified defects. We don’t refund issues caused by the uploaded file (low resolution, spelling mistakes, wrong crop, or minor color differences from your screen). We only print designs you own or have permission to use; no major IP orders or deskmat replicas.
