24k Resolution is highly recommended. Avoid screenshots or low-quality images, as they may be printed blurry.
Will you check my file before printing?
Yes, we double-check your designs for cropping allowance and image quality before printing them. We'll let you know if the design is blurry on our end.
Can I print copyrighted characters, logos, or brand assets?
If you don’t own the rights or have permission, we may decline the order.
Can I change, cancel, or return my custom order after checkout?
Custom orders can usually be adjusted only before production starts. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom orders are also non-returnable for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send us clear photos and your order number. If the issue is due to a production defect or fulfillment error, we’ll provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
How long does it take to produce custom orders?
Production time usually takes 1-2 days, and delivery for 1-3 days, depending on your location.
